Ingredients
225g rump steak
One teaspoon Curry Paste
One table spoon Olive oil
One mango, peeled, stoned and sliced
75g bean sprouts
50g Rocket and Chard Salad
Equipment
Kitchen Towel
Griddle/heavy based frying pan
Chopping Board
Beaker/jug
Sharp carving knife
Large bowl
Wooden spoon
Instructions
1. Pat the steak with kithcn towel
2. Rub all over with curry paste and olive oil
3. Cover and marinade in the fridge for 10 minutes
4. Heat the pan until very hot and add the steak
5. Fry for 3-4 minutes each side for medium, or 5-6 minutes for well-done, depending on preferance
6. Transfer to a chopping board, cover, and leave to rest for 5 minutes, reserving the pan juices
7. Thinly slice the steak and place in a large bowl.
8. Add the mango, bean sprouts and salad.
9. Mix gently to combine
10. Serve immediatly
