Ingredients
400g sirloin steak
1 ciabatta loaf (about 275g)
75g gorganzola dolze cheese
50g watercress
Equipment
Frying pan
Chopping board
Sharp bread knife
Cheese knife
Instructions
1. Heat the frying pan until hot And add the steak
2. Fry for 3-4 minutes for medium, or 5-6 minutes for well done, depending on your preference
3. Transfer to a chopping board, cover and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, warm the ciabatta according to the instructions on the packet, then cut it in half horizontally.
5. Spread hte cheese on the bottom half of the ciabatta. Top with steak and watercress.
6. Cut into four peices and serve with extra watercress.
